Fonderia di Lonato Company produces cast iron, steel and special alloys for the industry and motor components for automotive industry, earth works, naval motors, aeronautics, kart racing and motorbike. The processes involved are the foundry of shell moulding (foundry in mould) and the centrifugal foundry.

The company elaborates and produces semi-finished product by order of enterprises. Every order is subject to strict evaluation of technical conditions presented by the customer and is put into production according to strict production standard with the control of materials and semi-finished products during the whole activity chain.
In multiple cases we study with the customer the needs and by means of his designs we generate specific materials and products capable of satisfying the unique characteristics.

Constant research and innovation together with the versatility and flexibility of the plants, permit the company to reach national and international markets with semi-finished products of discrete variety but of high quality. Actual output is 4.000 t/year diversified among cast irons, steel and alloys Ni/Cr.

The quality of the foundry product, thanks to metallurgical and metallographic laboratories equipped with the most sophisticated instruments of control, are strong point of Fonderia di Lonato Company, which, together with the reliability and professionalism of various departments of the company, determines since 2009 the certification ISO 9001:2008 and the certification of product Lloyds Register.
