Centrifugal foundry
The centrifugal foundry department consists of a battery of ten centrifuges that allow the production of tubes with a diameter range from 60 to 1,000 mm, length up to a maximum of 2,500 mm and weights of 2,100 kg.
For particular requirements of the customer, the Cutting Department, it is able to cut using the 5 “bandsaw” , to the measures requested by the customer, a range of tubes from Ø 60 to Ø 250 mm castings made of grey cast iron, spheroidal, and nickel base alloys.
The production of the centrifugal foundry department allows the use of different types of materials, such as
- Grey cast iron
- Ductile iron
- Cast iron Ni-resist
- Cast iron Ni-hard
- Cr-hard cast iron
- Stainless steels
- Special alloys: Nickel and Cobalt based
